Surface & Joint Assessment

Substrate Cleaning
Joints are cleaned of any existing grout residue, dust, oil, and contamination. Substrate must be dry and free of release agents for epoxy adhesion.
Epoxy Mixing
Two-component epoxy grout (resin + hardener) is mixed in the exact ratio per manufacturer specification. Pot life is managed to ensure consistent application.
Application & Pressing
Epoxy is pressed into joints using float technique, ensuring full fill with no voids or air pockets — critical for chemical resistance and durability.
Surface Cleaning
Excess epoxy is cleaned from tile faces before curing begins. This stage requires speed and precision — our trained crew handles it efficiently.
Curing & Inspection
Epoxy cures to full hardness in 24–48 hours. We inspect joint continuity, colour consistency, and surface level before final sign-off.
