Premix Mortar Application
"Consistent Quality. Faster Completion. No Wastage."
On-site premix mortar application for plastering, block laying, tile fixing, and floor screeding — delivering uniform quality and faster project timelines.
About This Service
Site-batched cement mortar is the standard on Indian construction sites — and it is the source of enormous quality variation, material waste, and finishing defects. Mortar mixed by hand on site varies in water-cement ratio batch to batch, leading to inconsistent strength, shrinkage cracking, and poor adhesion. Ready-mix and premix systems solve this problem: consistent factory-batched formulations that arrive at site ready to use, delivering predictable performance every time.
Gujarat's construction market is transitioning rapidly from traditional site-mix to premix systems, particularly for AAC block projects, high-end residential finishes, and fast-track commercial construction. AAC blocks require thin-bed adhesive mortars (not traditional cement-sand), and using the wrong mortar destroys the thermal and acoustic benefits of AAC. Tile adhesives, floor screeds, and plaster all perform dramatically better with factory-calibrated dry-mix systems.

Our Process
Scope & Specification
We review your drawings and specification to identify which premix systems are required: AAC block adhesive, plaster, tile adhesive, screed — each application needs a different product.
Surface Preparation
Substrate is checked for level, plumb, contamination, and moisture. Any loose material, oil, or laitance is removed. Surfaces are pre-wetted where required by the product specification.
Material Mixing
Premix bags are mixed with the exact water quantity per manufacturer guidance using a paddle mixer — not trowel mixing. Consistency is checked with every batch.
Application
Material is applied using the correct technique for the system — spray plaster, trowel plaster, notched trowel for tile adhesive, screed bar for flooring. Thickness is controlled throughout.
Finishing & Curing
Surfaces are finished to the required level and texture. Curing is done per product spec — typically wet curing for 3–7 days for plaster and screed to prevent shrinkage cracking.
Quality Inspection
We check for hollowness, cracking, levelness, and adhesion before signing off. Any patches or defects are corrected before the work is handed over for the next trade.
Products We Use
We use only proven, ISI-certified products — available for supply from our Rajkot warehouse.
